I have reported it myself and they still continue to be the same way. There are machines that have things wrong with the screen and you cannot pick the choice that you want on a bonus round and the machines have been this way for months. I have also noticed that they are pretty quick to cut back the free play if there is a small span of time that you haven't gone such as several weeks. They seem to be more interested in giving all of these gifts rather than having to loosen their slots. Also any free play that you have is immediately sucked back within a matter of minutes. There seem to be a lot of dead spins not only in regular play but in bonus play too.

Ever since that point I've not really been able to win much of anything from them and it has gotten to the point where it's not even fun to play slots there because it seems like it just sucks your money so quickly. I did win a jackpot at this casino a couple of years ago but I have to admit that it is time to stop patronizing them.
